We provide written, itemized estimates following an on-site walkthrough. An estimate reflects the scope of work and conditions identified at the time it is prepared.

The price stated in your written estimate is the price you pay for that defined scope of work, with no hidden fees or unapproved charges. If the scope of work changes, or if conditions that were not visible or known at the time of the estimate are discovered during the project (for example, hidden rot, water damage, or structural issues), any resulting change in price or scope will be handled through a written change order that you approve before the additional work proceeds.

Estimates are valid for the period stated in the estimate. Pricing may change after that period.

3. Scheduling, Payment, and Project Terms

Scheduling, deposit requirements, payment terms, and other project-specific details are set out in your written estimate or project agreement. The terms of that signed agreement govern your individual project. Payment is due as described in that agreement.

4. Warranty

Mission Paint Co. stands behind its workmanship. The specific warranty coverage, duration, conditions, and exclusions that apply to your project are set out in your written project agreement and, where applicable, in the paint manufacturer's product warranty (for example, Sherwin-Williams coating warranties).

Descriptions of warranties on our website are general summaries for informational purposes only. In the event of any conflict between our website and your signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls. Warranty coverage generally applies to defects in workmanship and does not cover damage caused by factors outside our control, such as structural movement, moisture intrusion from sources unrelated to our work, ordinary wear, abuse, or alterations made by others after completion.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation terms, deposits, or fees are described in your written project agreement.
